Rent Collection
- Automatic Invoices will be sent to tenants on 1st of Month.
- Rent Collection on the 15th of each Month.
Rental Default
- Not paid by the 15th of the Month.
- Sms tenants “Kindly credit your rent at the earliest to avoid further notices, Pan Real Estate Management”
- Rent Not paid by the 25th of the Month.
- Email tenants “This email serves as a notice that you have not paid your monthly rent of (House Name and Apt number) in the month of (Month) to Pan Real Estate Pvt Ltd. To avoid a written notice to vacate the premises please credit your rent at the earliest. Pan Real Estate Management”
- Rent not paid by the 10th of the following Month.
- Written and signed notice by MD to vacate the premises in accordance to the terms and conditions in the tenancy agreement.
Legal Process
- Hand over all documents/bills etc to the lawyer and proceed with legal action in the court.
